I love Spring! It seems like the happiest time of the year to me! After a long and wet winter here in the South, there is something soul renewing to feel the warmth of the Sun and see the trees coming back to life! Spring is also our busiest season for engagement sessions, and that fact alone seals the deal on it being a happy time of year! It is such a privilege to share in the joy and excitement of our couples while capturing this special time when they are each other\u2019s Fianc\u00e9! <\/p>\n\n\n\n

This past week we met our sweet couple Emily and Chris at one of our favorite venues here in Sanford NC, The House in the Horseshoe, for their engagement session! The house never disappoints with its endless white porches and beautiful landscape. It. Is. Gorgeous. Definitely, the perfect choice for these sweeties to celebrate their engagement and for Emily to do a little twirling in her tulle skirt! <\/p>\n\n\n\n

When Chris proposed to Emily\non Christmas morning he made sure to include their cute pup Hooch, writing a\nletter to Emily from their fur baby asking if she would marry his daddy!\nAWWWW! So it is no surprise that these proud fur parents wanted to bring along\ntheir big sweetie! Spoiler alert I heard Hooch would\nalso be making a cameo at the wedding! <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Emily and Chris thank you so much for braving the very gray day with us at The House in the Horseshoe! I believe your joy that evening kept the rain away! You guys are so adorable together, and we had so much fun with you! We can\u2019t wait for your wedding day! I hope you enjoy this feature of some of our favorites from your session as much as we do!
