Hi Friends, if you have not noticed from our recent blog post, it is engagement session season over here at CCP<\/a>! And we are loving it! Engagement sessions are such an important part of our experience! This is a time when our sweet couples get to know us as photographers and learn what it means when we say things like giggle, tilt and nuzzle so on the wedding day they are total pros! Plus it\u2019s a ton of fun!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Fun is exactly what we had during Halie and Michael\u2019s engagement session! Despite the almost too chilly evening, there were lots of laughs and a golden sun that seemed to last forever! The House in the Horseshoe<\/a> was spectacular as always and has a very similar feel to the venue these lovebirds have chosen for their big day! Can you guess the location? Halie and Michael will be tying the knot at The Old Lystra Inn<\/a> in Chapel Hill in September! My light and airy loving heart is<\/g> just swooning over all these old white houses! Their day is going to completely unforgettable just like their proposal! <\/p>\n\n\n\n

You guys know I love a good story, and Halie and Michaels’s proposal is so sweet! Picture it Christmas morning\u2026.. after Michael gave Halie a stocking he then gives her a TJ Maxx<\/a> gift card that totally tricked her into thinking it was a ring! Michael didn\u2019t make her wait long though before he gave Halie the most beautiful custom ring that included her grandmothers diamond and asked her to marry him! AWWWW! Yall! It. Is. GORGEOUS! <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Halie and Michael, you two\nwere so much fun and absolutely amazing at your engagement session!\nThank you so much for trusting us and letting us turn you into models! We can\u2019t\nwait for your wedding day! I know it will\nbe filled with the same love and joy your two share!\nXoxo <\/p>\n\n\n\n
