I am so thankful to be a wedding photographer for so many reasons! I love sharing in the joy with our Brides as they plan one of the happiest days of their life; the long phone chats about how the details are coming together and discussing engagement session wardrobe and venues! It all makes my hopelessly romantic heart up for joy! As wonderful for as all of these things are there is one part of being a wedding photographer that I cherish above all, I share this journey, this passion with the man I love the most!

Every wedding there is a point in the day when I will have a moment to look across and see Johns face smiling back at me! Friends, that moment is such a powerful thing for me. To know the person I admire most is supporting my dream is the greatest gift! I love being married to John! We believe that finding the person that sets your heart on fire and puts your soul at ease is one of the best things in life! We are so honored to bear witness to each of our weddings!

Amy & Randy’s intimate Farm on Cotton wedding was one of the most romantic weddings! When I met with Amy in the bridal suite, she was so calm! Her big smile shined brighter than her gorgeous white sequin gown! Amy put such thought into every the little detail, her hair piece, bridal jewelry, the perfectly selected pink peony bouquet and the cold shoulder – pearl lined maid of honor gown! It was lovely!

When Amy walked down the long white front porch to meet her son, Tyler, Randy was all smiles as he got the first glimpse of his very soon to be wife! The day was full of great moments, but our personal favorite was just after Amy reached the altar and she and Randy were standing face to face; the wind blew a curl into her face, and Randy so tenderly tucked it behind her ear! It was such a sweet and natural thing for Randy to do. To love and care for Amy!
